The Sind Club is steeped in tradition embodying the old world. Established in 1871 in Karachi, it is the epitome of traditional values. In 1986, the Main Club House, Millionaire’s Row and South Block were declared part of the National Heritage. Like most colonial architecture, it is a blend of western design adapted to the local environment. All the old buildings have doors and windows with exquisite detailing in the romanesque style. The main building has a projecting central veranda embellished with arches and a balustraded parapet.
